Seth Davick
Seth began his affordable housing career as an on-site manager and maintenance supervisor for Ad-West. Seth's strong foundation in affordable housing management and compliance was further strengthened while leasing up two tax credit developments for Mercy Housing. Seth's time at Mercy Housing also made him highly mission-oriented and passionate about providing housing for the most vulnerable amongst us. In 2015, Seth rejoined the Ad-West family as a regional property manager. Since then, he has leveraged his on-the-ground experience to empower his staff and provide his portfolio with the best possible management and maintenance. As Ad-West's Compliance Director, Seth has played a key role in transforming Ad-West's business processes by harnessing technology to provide key efficiencies to our clients, residents, and staff.
Seth takes great pride in providing the best possible housing for those in need. In addition, he finds considerable fulfillment in mentoring his team and building positive relationships with clients and regulatory partners.
