Warren Westad
Warren graduated from the University of Washington in 1975 and has since gained 45 years of experience in the real estate management field. Warren founded Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. in June 1986 and served as Ad-West's President through 2021. He is a long-term and active board member of the Affordable Housing Management Association (AHMA) and the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing (CARH), serving as Washington CARH's President in 1988 and 1999. Warren has managed many types of properties, including tax credit, subsidized and conventional apartments, condominiums, office buildings, motels, and a 160,000 square-foot medical center. During the management of these various properties, he has established a fine reputation with the owners for his management expertise and high level of integrity.
